Price and payment

The price is in US dollars (USD). Checkout shows the amount before you pay. Your bank may charge its own conversion or international transaction fees. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Screens explicitly marked “Test” or “Sandbox” do not charge real money.

Digital delivery

Sign in to the game account that should receive the pack before checking out. After Stripe confirms payment, the cosmetics are normally added automatically within a few minutes. Return to the Shop and choose “Check payment” if confirmation is still pending. If the pack is missing, contact support with your game account email and receipt reference. Do not purchase again to resolve a delivery issue.

Your purchase is linked to that game account, even if you enter a different email at Stripe checkout. You can equip the skin from the Shop and toggle the frame/title in Account. No shipping address is required. The cosmetics remain unlocked without a subscription while the game service and your account are available, unless the payment is refunded or reversed.

14-day refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, including if you have equipped or used the cosmetics. Email support@valhallasurvivors.com with your account email, approximate purchase date and Stripe receipt or payment reference, if available. We may verify ownership to protect your account. Do not include your full card number, security code or password.

We refund the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank determines when the credit appears. A refund removes the pack's skin, frame and title and returns an equipped Founder skin to the default appearance. Earned gold and unrelated purchases are unaffected. The pack is one indivisible purchase; we do not offer separate partial refunds for individual cosmetics.

Cancellation and payment problems

You can leave Checkout before completing payment; no pack is granted without a confirmed payment. A declined payment does not unlock items. There is no subscription to cancel. If a charge has already completed, use the refund process above rather than assuming closing the browser reverses it.

For duplicate charges, non-delivery or an incorrect charge, contact us even if 14 days have passed so we can investigate. Refunds and payment reversals remove the associated entitlement. An opened payment dispute also suspends the pack while the payment is reviewed; contact support if a resolved dispute requires access to be restored.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. It does not exclude or limit remedies required by applicable law.
